Estonia would have a favourable environment for creating, acquiring, and using knowledge;
for people to want and be able to engage in lifelong learning;

A comprehensive strategy in the fields of science, research, innovation and entrepreneurship (in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications).

Youth Sector Development Plan

The horizontal strategy focused on young people's opportunities for self-development and self-fulfilment.

Language Strategy

The horizontal strategy focused on language policy objectives to ensure the functioning of the Estonian language as the state language in all areas of life.
